I am really excited about today's activity, Peter and the Wolf!
1. First, print out the worksheets below.
2. Use the "Listening Map" page to help you follow along with the music.
2. Listen to the music, watch your listening map closely to see when the music changes from one section to the next.
3. When the song is over, find the "Describing Peter and the Wolf" page. Can you describe each character?
4. Next, make a Peter and the Wolf Flip Book using the directions on the last page you printed. Don't forget to color it!
5. Email Mrs. Mascheri a picture of your flip book! ([email protected])
6. Now, watch the YouTube video of Peter and the Wolf and see if the characters in the movie match the ones you thought of when you were listening to the music!

FRIDAY, APRIL 3RD:
CONCERT DAY! Take some time today to watch these concerts and email me to let me know what you thought!
1. Our first concert is by the musical group 2Cellos. Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser come from Croatia. They are known for taking popular songs and turning them into cool songs on the Cello. In this video, 2Cellos is performing the theme song from Pirates of the Caribbean.

2. Our second concert is by three brothers: Tommie, Robbie and Jonny from New Jersey that play Bluegrass style music. I hope you enjoy listening to these three amazing musicians!
